Workshop in designing Glass Inukshuks and Kiln Carving
Fourteen children aged 7-9 years were given foiled pieces of scrap stained glass. They had to foil two of the pieces and smoothen all the foil on all pieces. Then they used the pieces to design an Inukshuk and taped it in place. They were given a demonstration of soldering and the pieces were soldered later by SASGlass. They also cut stencils from papyrus fire paper that were used to fire a coaster for each participant.
